“When women support each other, incredible things happen.”

This quote has never felt more true to me than it does now.

As a business owner, I know firsthand how much women carry. We are building businesses, supporting families, showing up for clients, and often trying to do it all while quietly wondering if we are doing it right. There can be a lot of pressure to figure things out on your own.

LAWIB reminded me that you do not have to.

Being part of a community of women in business changed how I showed up. It gave me space to ask questions out loud, learn from others who were further along, and grow alongside women who were building in different ways than I was. That kind of support matters more than people realize.

At LAWIB, the focus is not on perfection or competition. It is about connection. It is about sharing knowledge, offering encouragement, and creating space where women feel welcomed exactly as they are. They helped me move forward with more clarity, confidence, and support than I would have had on my own.
