At The Yoga Branch we share traditional yoga values with the heart of yoga being minimally as important as the poses themselves. The focus of the studio(s) is on sharing yoga with the community, and guiding them to a better place, physically & mentally. We also offer support to the local yoga teachers in the community by offering them a comfortable and affordable place to share their teachings. There are classes and workshops held by various teachers, as well as different levels of yoga classes through the week.
We hold classes, workshops, and events at both studios. We also hold Womens Wellness Retreats through Branching Out Retreats in the late Fall and Spring. We have a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program that is approved by Yoga Alliance and with Yoga Forest that starts each October (Next one is Oct 2026-March 2027).
